Er. Shravan K. Roy is a distinguished business coach, leadership consultant, and food technologist with years of experience in the industry. With a strong passion for Makhana, he has received numerous accolades for his contributions to its mechanization and processing of Makhana.
His educational background includes a B.Tech in Food Technology from NIFTEM and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Central University of Rajasthan. Additionally, he holds certification from the Advanced Training Program in Food Laws. Mr. Roy is also a Master Trainer for Bihar under Mofpi, Government of India, where he imparts his knowledge and expertise to aspiring entrepreneurs.
Meet Bharat!
A highly skilled banking professional with over 5 years of prominent corporate banking experience. Bharat is a dynamic and innovative individual with a passion for finance and technology. He graduated with an IT degree and holds a GI license, which has helped him integrate his technical expertise into the banking industry.
Throughout his career Bharat has worked with several renowned brands such as ICICI, Axis, Suzuki, and Applo, spearheading successful marketing campaigns that have helped these organizations achieve their business goals. His ability to combine his technical knowledge with his banking experience has enabled him to streamline processes, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.


Ragini
Her name is Ragini Choudhary, and she is the mastermind behind the success of Anupam Restaurant, a popular eatery located in the heart of Gorakhpur, UP. Beyond her professional life, Ragini has a passion for discovering new, delicious food recipes, trying them out on her family to get positive feedback, and experimenting with spices. Her love for cooking has driven her to experiment with makhana, creating new food items that have become crowd favorites.
Ragini is also a devoted mother and has been married to Shakti Chowdhary for 22 years. When she’s not cooking or spending time with her family, she can be found taking care of the needs of thousands of visitors to Gorakhnath Mandir in Gorakhpur. She is very helpful and caring person.
Meet Swati!
Swati Mahato is an accomplished professional with a robust academic background that supports her role as Business Development Manager at the ‘Concept of Superfood.’ She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy at the South China University of Technology, focusing on the effects of electromagnetic field frequencies on food preservation processes. Her research integrates cutting-edge techniques aimed at improving food quality and holds the potential to transform low-temperature preservation methods within the food industry.
Swati earned her Master of Technology in Food Process and Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. Her master’s research emphasized innovative food processing technologies, equipping her with the expertise necessary to lead in the dynamic field of food engineering.
She also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya, where she developed a strong foundation in agricultural sciences and engineering principles. This blend of education and practical research experience has refined her skills in sustainable food production, product development, and the application of novel processing technologies.
Swati’s academic achievements, coupled with her ongoing professional endeavors, make her exceptionally well-suited to lead business development initiatives at the ‘Concept of Superfood.’ Her commitment to innovation and quality drives her leadership in expanding the company’s reach and ensuring its products meet the highest standards in the industry.


Meet Gargi
She is currently pursuing an MBA at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak. As an accomplished engineer and competitor, she designed and fabricated a fully functional single-seater All-Terrain Vehicle which was proudly showcased in national level events.
Her technical prowess is further demonstrated through her involvement in the validation and software-based validation of this vehicle in the prestigious BAJA SAEINDIA 2020 competition, organized by Mahindra & Mahindra and the Society of Automotive Engineers. An AIR 5th rank holder in Sales Presentation event of BAJA SAEINDIA Dynamics in 2020 as well as AIR 12th holder in the Design Evaluation event of the same competition.
